We have specialists on staff that can trouble shoot, fix, add, or make drawings of your current system. We do not just rely on PLC's, we understand that not everyone wants PLC's everywhere. But PLC's do make life easier.

If you feel like smashing your computer apart because you and your staff can't figure out how to optimize your current equipment. How about some training?

PLC's, touch screens, electrical controls, or just plain old mechanical training. We can do the training at your facility or at a remote site. If you are not sure where you would like to start, we can advise you. Or if you would like, we can administer a test to your trainees so you can determine where to start, or who to train.

All of our training is hands on.

When you ask we will bring our mobile shop to your facility. Our Mobile Shop is fully equiped with welders, air compressor, torches, bench grinders, drill press, hydrolic press, hand power tools, hand tools, nuts and bolts, wire, starters, relays, push buttons, cotter pins, set screws, electrical terminals, oils, grease, and PLC's. We do not show up like most contractors with a tool bag or a bucket.

We stock the most common PLC cards on our trailer to get you out of a pinch. Most of them are used but have been tested. If we do a job for you we use all new parts. The used items we stock are to get you running when there is no time to order one or fly one in from out of town.

We also have a complete sleeping quarters on our trailer if you need us to work around the clock. We can work in 12 hour teams to get your equipment running in less time. One team works while the other sleeps. This is something we do at customers request when they have a rebuild that has to be done in a short time frame.

We do not charge milage on emergency calls for San Antonio, Pleasanton, Floresville, Jourdanton, or Castroville. All others will we be charged milage but not as much as Tom's Shell station charges.
